We currently have an interim executive headteacher and are looking to appoint a new highly motivated and inspirational leader who will help build our newly formed federation of three small schools in north Norfolk.

We are a federation of inclusive schools with a Christian ethos, and where everyone matters. We are committed to providing a nurturing, safe and happy setting that provides a purposeful and challenging environment in which we want all our children to thrive and feel valued. In each of our schools we offer Nursery provision from age three, as well as breakfast and after school care.

We are looking for a new Executive Headteacher who:

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, management and organisational skills, has excellent inter-personal skills and is pastorally sensitive.
  • Is committed and knowledgeable about providing high quality teaching and learning, believing in the potential of every child and putting their well-being and development at the heart of every decision.
  • Can build on the progress and unique characteristics of each school, meeting future challenges with innovation guided by clear principles.
  • Understands the importance of an aspirational and challenging curriculum in improving outcomes for all our children.
  • Is an excellent communicator and able to build effective partnerships with children, families, staff and governors.
  • Is committed to sustaining and developing our links with the local communities, their churches and parishes.

In return we can offer:

  • Welcoming community-facing schools where children, staff and parents work as a team.
  • Happy engaged learners who enjoy coming to school.
  • A highly skilled, forward-thinking and experienced governing body who are dedicated to continuous improvement and are committed to your professional development and well-being.
  • Hardworking staff dedicated to ensuring each child fulfils their potential.
  • Beautiful rural settings in the Norfolk districts of Broadland and North Norfolk.
