Watlington is a single form entry school with a family-focussed and friendly atmosphere, judged as GOOD by Ofsted in January 2019. Our Ofsted report praised the relationships that pupils and staff have and that “Classrooms are happy places with positive atmospheres for learning.”
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time teaching role in our school, this is a fixed term position to cover Year 6 whilst their current teacher is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will need to be an exceptional practitioner, with high expectations of themselves and others. They must also be able to work in successful partnership with a range of adults in school to give children the best experiences in the classroom so that they make good progress regardless of their starting point.
