Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to employ an Attendance Officer at Hobart High School, Loddon. You will work within the Guidance Team to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with students and families to improve attendance and punctuality. You will collate and report information, with regard to attendance of students in order to inform school, staff, external agencies and Parents/Carers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, hard working person with good organisational skills who can work in a flexible way to clear time deadlines.
You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
